- Supporting regression measurements and experience-based care
- Adapting content to the world of experience of the person with dementia

- Your entered text or speech is temporarily processed by Azure OpenAI
- This happens exclusively within European data centers (Western Europe)
- Microsoft and OpenAI apply zero data retention
- We do not send along identifiable personal data
- Data is anonymized as far as technologically possible
2.3 Your consent (required per Apple 5.1.2(i))
On first use, the app explicitly asks for consent for:
- processing of user input by Azure OpenAI
- personalized content via AI
You can withdraw this consent at any time.
3. Use of WhatsApp (Click-to-Chat)
Our website may include a WhatsApp button to get in touch. When you use this button:
- you may be redirected to WhatsApp
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. may collect data (IP address, device info, cookies)
We ourselves:
- do not place tracking cookies via this button
- do not send data to Meta unless you actually get in touch
WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to any further processing by WhatsApp.
