Who is it for?
For family caregivers, relatives and care professionals of people with dementia.
What does it cost?
An account, a profile, general chat with Nova and contact with others are free. Personalised advice costs €2.99 per month per profile, VAT included. You can cancel at any time at no cost.
What is personalised advice?
Nova then uses your loved one's profile, the "What works" card and earlier conversations, so the advice fits your situation.
Can my family join?
Yes. Up to 5 people who contribute are included in the €2.99 at no extra cost. Readers are unlimited and free.
Does the app make a diagnosis?
No. Alzheimer.App is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor or care professional. If you have medical concerns, contact a doctor.
What happens to my data?
Our servers are in the EU and the AI runs in EU data centres. Questions without an account are only used to answer you and are deleted after 30 days. With an account, we store personal data only with your consent, which you can withdraw in the app.
